​We'll keep this simple. 

Refunds are available for all one-on-one coaching or writing sessions within two weeks of purchase date, provided the session has not yet taken place. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

​After 14 calendar days, all sales are considered final and sessions must either be used, gifted or forfeited. 

Refunds are not offered for online courses, group training or other projects.
